History

The company was originally started to meet the requirements of the hospitality industry, which was at a nascent stage more than 25 years ago. We have broadened our focus to include a diverse line of commercial furniture.

Mr Jeevan Ram Marwha (grandfather of Mr Swaran Marwha), was the chief craftsman in wood and iron work with renowned designers British Ropeway Engineering Co. (BRECO). An energetic and creative individual, he passed on his skills and dexterity to his son Mr K.L Marwha (Father of Mr Swaran Marwha), These skills are now the genetic makeup of Mr. Swaran Marwha and have been honed carefully further by his son.

Founded in 1980 by Mr Swaran Marwha, Swaran Projectech (P) Ltd. has today become India’s leading and most trustworthy organisation dealing with interior designing, furniture fabrication and turnkey solutions for the hospitality industry and the multinational arena. Our factory -- spread over a sprawling 50,000 sq. ft area -- is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and finishing tools. We ensure quality by manufacturing all parts within our premises.

We have been designing and decorating hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, spas with superior quality interiors within the promised time. We have received numerous certificates of appreciation for our work and earned an excellent reputation over the last 30 years. In fact, on the occasion of India's 50 years of Independence, we were adjudged the best interior decorator in Delhi and received the honour from the then Chief Minister of Delhi Shri Madan Lal Khurana.
